High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of five years of progressively responsible executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders in a complex organization is required. Experience within healthcare, government, public sector, or other large, multi-stakeholder environments is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint, with the ability to leverage technology to support executive operations and collaboration. Demonstrated experience coordinating complex schedules, managing competing priorities, preparing executive correspondence and meeting materials, and supporting committees, projects, and organizational initiatives. Strong understanding of administrative, financial, and organizational processes. Experience working with corporate systems, records management practices, and confidential information is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions, tight deadlines, and changing demands. Exceptional organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain strict confidentiality, anticipate executive needs, and resolve complex administrative issues with minimal direction. Demonstrated ability to work independently while building effective working relationships and contributing positively within multidisciplinary teams. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prepare accurate correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials for senior leadership audiences.

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, document management systems, e-People, MarkView, iExpense, or similar enterprise systems is preferred. Experience supporting recruitment activities, budget monitoring, performance reporting, project coordination, and organizational change initiatives is an asset. Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative relationships with executives, physician leaders, staff, and external stakeholders is preferred.
