Role Overview

The Executive Account Manager will manage and grow NetWitness business across Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

The role drives revenue, strategic customer relationships, partner management, and market expansion across enterprise, government, and critical infrastructure accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop territory and account plans, manage strategic relationships, identify opportunities, and drive the full sales cycle through deal closure.
  • Engage executive, technical, procurement, channel, and partner stakeholders across assigned markets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute deals, deliver customer outcomes, and support retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Maintain forecasts, pipeline data, CRM records, market intelligence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent NetWitness at customer meetings, partner events, conferences, workshops, and executive briefings.

Requirements

  • At least 5–8 years of enterprise sales or account management experience is required.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, software, SaaS, or technology solutions is preferred.
  • A record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and experience managing large enterprise and government accounts are required.
  • Strong cybersecurity knowledge covering SOC operations, threat detection, SIEM, NDR, endpoint security, incident response, and managed security services is required.
  • Experience with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators is required.
  • The role requires complex sales-cycle management and strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An existing customer and partner network in Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman is preferred.
  • Cybersecurity sales experience in government, energy, telecom, banking, or critical infrastructure is preferred.
  • Knowledge of regional procurement, compliance, and public-sector sales cycles is preferred.
  • Arabic language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
