You’ll work within a skilled and experienced team, operating 250+ tonnes excavators and other mining equipment to safely meet production targets across our Surface operation at Greenbushes. Role Details Location: Greenbushes Roster: 2:1, day/night roster Competitive benefits package including: Paid Parental Leave for primary carers Retail discounts (including homewares, outdoor gear, fuel and groceries) Novated leases Comprehensive wellbeing program Responsibilities Safe, efficient operation of large excavator equipment Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately Follow plans, instructions and traffic management rules Maintain a tidy work area and support safe interactions with all teams Contribute to our people-first culture and live our Winning Values Attend and participate in PSI and safety meetings Complete Mac 5’s and be involved in the development of JSEA’s when required Ensure individual compliance with all relevant Legislation, Codes of Practice, Macmahon and Client instructions, policies, procedures and practices What You’ll Bring Experience operating the following excavators in a mining environment: Hitachi EX2600 & EX3600 Strong safety focus and ability to speak up A team mindset and reliable work ethic Commitment to contributing to a positive culture Why Macmahon?
