Role Overview
The EverAfter Administrator will help scale digital customer experiences across onboarding, adoption, growth, and renewal.
The role combines platform expertise, operational excellence, and customer journey design while partnering with Customer Success, Renewals, Operations, and other teams.
Work Location and Schedule
- The work location is Skytech, Financial District, Hyderabad, India.
- The role primarily supports customers and stakeholders during U.S. business hours.
- Expected working hours are 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST, with occasional flexibility for U.S.-based collaboration and business needs.
- After-hours support rotations and selected holiday coverage may be required based on product, region, or business needs.
Platform and Customer Journeys
- Own administration and governance of the EverAfter platform to maintain a scalable, secure, and effective experience.
- Design, build, test, and optimize digital customer journeys, campaigns, and success experiences across the customer lifecycle.
- Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of platform requests while maintaining documentation, standards, and operational processes.
