About the Role
Rayqube is hiring an Events Technology Project Manager to bridge clients and in-house teams for experiential technology projects in Dubai. The role involves managing project execution from software development to operational implementation, leading discovery calls, and overseeing on-site quality tests.

- Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company
- Lead discovery calls to capture event objectives, tech needs, and stand design requirements
- Present concepts & timelines; handle scope changes diplomatically
- Lead the content mock up stage with the support of the design team
- Oversee internal deadlines, updates, and changes from the client during the development stage
- Arrange on site quality tests on all tech integrations
- Multi task multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time
Requirements
- 1–3 years in project management within events tech, experiential marketing, or exhibition stand production
- Proven track record delivering complex, tech heavy projects (apps, interactive games, holograms, etc.)
- Bachelor’s in Communication, Engineering, or related field
- PMP or Prince2 a plus

Role Summary

Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 yrs in project management within events tech, experiential marketing, or exhibition stand production
- Proven track record delivering complex, tech heavy projects (apps, interactive games, holograms, etc.)
- Bachelor’s in Communication, Engineering, or related field. PMP or Prince2 a plus.
