- Develop and maintain animation templates and libraries to ensure consistency across projects
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate creative concepts into impactful motion assets
- Create storyboards, animatics, and prototypes to communicate animation ideas
- Conduct research and testing to validate design and motion effectiveness
- Ensure all animations follow accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices
- Stay up to date with motion design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse animation work
- Proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or other industry standard animation tools
- Hands on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, storytelling, and visual design
- Ability to create pixel perfect animations and scalable motion assets
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem solving abilities
