Overview

  • Reporting directly to the Vice President of Events, the role will lead the development and execution of event content strategy across major corporate events from flagship global gatherings to high-profile internal engagements while managing a small team and overseeing relationships with external agencies and production partners.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated event content strategies aligned to corporate objectives, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across every event touchpoint.
  • The role will oversee the full lifecycle of event content from concept and narrative development through to production and delivery of presentations, videos and multimedia materials.
  • The Events Content Lead will be accountable for translating complex organisational priorities into clear, resonant narratives, maintaining brand integrity across all output, and continuously evaluating and improving content effectiveness.
  • Alongside content strategy and production, the role will require close collaboration with senior communications leadership and cross-functional teams to gather insight and align on content requirements.
  • The successful candidate will manage relationships with external agencies, consultants and production vendors, ensuring delivery to the highest standards, and will represent the organisation in relevant external forums and events.
  • Skills and Experience Required for a Senior Events Communications Role
  • Proven expertise in corporate communications strategy and the ability to translate strategic priorities into compelling event content
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, including experience advising and working alongside senior executives
  • Experience managing external agencies, vendors and production partners
  • A creative and innovative approach to content and storytelling, with the ability to identify new ways of working
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
