Position Overview
Enwan Events is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Event Specialist.
The role contributes to exceptional events and memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage event timelines, logistics, setup, and dismantling.
- Follow up on event requirements, quotations, and deliverables.
- Ensure all event elements meet approved concepts and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate on-site operations.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Support event concepts, proposals, and presentations.
- Monitor event execution and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in event planning, event management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
