About the Role
Join the Brand Marketing team in Dubai as an Event Manager.
Plan, manage, and execute brand events across the GCC region.
Ensure each event delivers an exceptional brand experience and achieves business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute pop-up stores, fashion shows, showrooms, PR and media events, and partnership or sponsorship events.
- Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets, and execution plans aligned with marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with PR, Creative, Social Media, KOL Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations teams.
- Manage agencies, production vendors, venues, suppliers, and event partners.
- Oversee logistics, production, venue setup, staffing, and on-site execution.
- Monitor timelines and budgets for resource allocation and cost control.
- Identify risks and create contingency plans.
- Measure event performance and prepare post-event reports with recommendations.
- Track industry trends and introduce innovative event ideas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of event planning or event marketing experience.
