Job Responsibilities
- Identify Saudi beauty brand owners and distributors, build cooperative relationships, and expand the regional merchant database.
- Manage requirements, proposals, negotiations, contract signing, and coordination with operations teams.
- Track merchant and GMV performance, analyze bottlenecks, and optimize strategies to meet targets.
- Monitor beauty consumption trends, competitor strategies, and policy changes and prepare analysis reports.
Job Requirements
- Local Saudi beauty brand merchant resources and established cooperative channels are preferred.
- Beauty category business development or operations experience on Niceone, Amazon, Noon, or Trendyol is preferred.
- Fluent English and Arabic across listening, speaking, reading, and writing are required.
- Strong business negotiation and resource integration skills and the ability to work under performance pressure are required.
- Strong insight into KSA beauty market trends and consumer needs is required.
