Position summary

- Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
- Use sales techniques and upselling to maximise revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
- Determine and provide approved complimentary gifts or rewards to guests.
- Promote brand image internally and externally.
- Process Marriott Rewards redemption requests.
- Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
- Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software when taking reservations.
- Answer, record, and process guest calls, requests, questions, and concerns.
