About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute events including:
• Corporate meetings, conferences, and networking sessions
• Product launches, exhibitions, and brand activations
• Social media–driven events and influencer gatherings
• Property/real estate open houses and client appreciation events
• Assist the sales team with lead generation, client follow-ups, and proposal preparation.
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless event logistics.
• Prepare event rundowns, checklists, and on-site coordination sheets.
• Manage RSVP lists, guest registration, and post-event feedback collection.
• Support sales administration including updating CRM, preparing quotations, and sending contracts.
• Ensure all events align with client branding and company sales goals.
• Handle on-site event setup, guest reception, and coordinator duties during events.
• Sales suport and Schedule and attend meeting with the clint.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event coordination, sales support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Professional, presentable, and customer-service oriented.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).

Schedule & Benefits

• **Salary:** 2,500 – 3,500 AED/month
• **Benefits:** Visa + medical insurance (as per UAE labor law)
• **Availability:** Immediate

Additional Full-Time Duties

• Maintain event supplies, marketing materials, and sales documents.
• Assist in pre-event planning (venue sourcing, vendor coordination, guest lists).
• Travel to client locations and event venues across Dubai and other emirates.
• Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
