Role Overview
Support the planning, organization, and delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.
Work across conferences, workshops, networking programs, corporate events, and virtual experiences.
Help ensure events run smoothly from preparation through completion.
Work Arrangement
- The position is fully remote within the United Arab Emirates.
- The role offers flexible working hours and exposure to international events and professional programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support event planning and coordination across conferences, workshops, webinars, networking sessions, and corporate events.
- Maintain event timelines, schedules, task lists, registration details, and operational checklists.
- Coordinate with speakers, attendees, vendors, venues, sponsors, partners, and internal teams.
- Manage registration support, participant communications, confirmations, reminders, and attendance tracking.
- Prepare agendas, speaker information, participant lists, briefing documents, and presentation resources.
- Coordinate virtual platforms, meeting links, invitations, and basic technical requirements where applicable.
- Monitor logistics, deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding tasks.
