Role Overview
Part-time distribution role supporting order allocation, inventory movement, delivery coordination, distribution planning, and operational reporting.
The role is fully remote and involves coordination across suppliers, warehouses, distribution centers, retailers, carriers, and customers.
The position provides exposure to international distribution networks, inventory operations, logistics partners, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily distribution activities, order allocation, dispatch coordination, and delivery planning.
- Coordinate with warehouses, distribution centers, carriers, suppliers, retailers, and internal teams.
- Monitor product movement, orders, shipments, delivery schedules, inventory availability, and distribution milestones.
- Maintain distribution records, inventory information, shipment data, and operational documentation.
- Assist with stock allocation, replenishment, transfers, and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor delays, shortages, damaged goods, incorrect shipments, and other distribution exceptions.
- Prepare distribution reports, delivery summaries, inventory trackers, and performance updates.
- Support coordination among procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics, sales, and fulfillment teams.
