About the Role
TASC Outsourcing seeks an EV Technician / Automotive Mechanic to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on electric and hybrid vehicles. You will inspect high-voltage battery systems, use diagnostic tools, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on electric and hybrid vehicles.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, battery, charging, braking, suspension, steering, and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose faults using manufacturer diagnostic tools and software.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing.
- Inspect and maintain high voltage battery systems and charging equipment following safety procedures.
- Repair or replace defective components and perform functional testing after repairs.
- Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
- Support customers by explaining repair findings and recommended maintenance when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or ITI in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic.
- Experience working on Electric Vehicles (EVs) or Hybrid Vehicles is preferred.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and automotive repair equipment.
- EV certification or manufacturer training is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
