Responsibilities
- Actively sell products of the department meeting targets for the sale of vehicles, accessories and associated warranty, finance and insurance products
- Ensure Sales Consultant meets the SSI commitment set by the management
- Follow all steps of sales process: prospecting, meeting and greeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery and post sales follow up
- Ensure that documentation is as per the company policy
- Liaise closely with other departments to complete the sales process
- Report daily activities to the Sales Supervisor/Manager
- Achieve sales targets on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis while maximizing profit gained from each transaction
- Close maximum opportunities while maintaining and increasing existing customer base
- Assist customers with finance and insurance products as per customer requirements
- Follow up with customers on timely basis
- Participate in sales meetings
- Meet customer expectations

- The Sales Consultant is responsible for converting leads into sales, promoting electric vehicle features and benefits, and supporting the growth of the EV brand through excellent customer engagement and satisfaction.
