EV Battery Manufacturing & Validation Engineer
What Makes This Opportunity Unique
Work directly with EV battery modules and packs in a rapidly growing remanufacturing operation.
Support both high-volume production lines and low-to-medium volume flexible manufacturing cells.
Influence the development of manufacturing, testing, validation, and reporting systems that are still evolving.
Play a key role in product launches, engineering changes, process development, and operational scaling.
Role Summary

Technical Expertise
EV battery module and pack testing.
Battery charging/discharging and recycling preparation.
High-voltage battery and cable diagnostics, repair, and validation.
Battery Management Systems (BMS), SOC/SOH analysis, and battery failure modes.
