Must be able to comprehend technical information, read and write legibly. Must have an understanding of hydraulic and electrical transmission principles and be willing to pursue technical schooling in a timely manner to fulfill requirements for this job. Must know or be able to learn the operation of the transmission test stand.

ASQC Certified Mechanical Inspector, ASE Transmission Certification, and/or Certified Quality Technician desirable.
Air impact gun, air gun, assorted hand tools, manual and or hydraulic press, go/no-go gauges.
Transmission parts, transmission fluid and dye.
Detailed Work Instructions at work station.
