Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Real Estate Broker role based in Dubai.
  • The broker will manage property listings, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes.
  • Daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting suitable properties, negotiating offers, and coordinating documentation and transaction procedures.
  • The role involves maintaining up to date knowledge of local market trends, building and nurturing a client network, and collaborating with internal teams.
  • The broker will also provide ongoing client support, uphold high standards of professionalism, and represent SEVENTY TWO REAL ESTATE LLC with integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in managing and converting leads from Western Europe (UK, Germany, France), CIS region (Russia, Kazakhstan), or North America.
  • Candidates should possess strong real estate and real property knowledge, including local Dubai market familiarity.
  • Candidates should possess brokerage and sales skills for managing listings, negotiations, and successful closings.
  • Deep understanding of the buying behaviors, investment patterns, and cultural nuances of European and Western High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
  • Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain long term client relationships.
  • Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Proven experience in real estate brokerage or property sales, ideally in Dubai or similar markets.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving abilities, with a results driven mindset.
