Key Responsibilities
End User Computing (EUC) Engineer role focuses on managing enterprise endpoint devices, administering mobile device platforms, and providing L2/L3 technical support.
Core technical proficiencies typically include Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Windows/macOS administration.
Device Management: Administer laptops, desktops, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
MDM & Provisioning: Implement device policies, compliance baselines, and provisioning via Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, or Workspace ONE.
Patch & App Deployment: Execute OS upgrades, software packaging, and security patch management.
Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve escalated L2/L3 endpoint incidents using ITSM ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
Security & Hardening: Maintain endpoint encryption (BitLocker), Active Directory/Entra ID controls, and antivirus compliance.
