Estimator

As an Estimator, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in generating profitable tenders and maximising our order pipeline. Your day to day will include:

Estimating project costs and resources, preparing tender submissions that minimise risk and maximise profit

Building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the tender process

Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms

Supporting value engineering initiatives and collaborating with design, planning, and commercial teams

Participating in project handovers to ensure smooth transition to delivery teams

This role of Estimator is great for you if:

You have experience working with a Main Contractor, ideally Tier 2 or above

You're proficient in Excel and estimating system software

You have a conscientious working approach with excellent attention to detail

You enjoy building collaborative relationships and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders
