Overview
- Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions for E-House / Modular building projects.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for accurate costing.
- Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Perform material take-offs for steel structures, electrical systems, HVAC, panels, and accessories.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Support value engineering and cost optimization.
Preferred
- Experience in oil & gas / power / industrial projects.
- Familiarity with tendering procedures and EPC projects
