1. Proposal & Estimation (Pre‑Sales)

  • Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for E‑House and modular substation projects.
  • Review client specifications, drawings, SLDs, datasheets, and project requirements.
  • Develop project management.
  • Coordinate with procurement and vendors for accurate costing and technical compliance.
  • Lead technical presentations and proposal review meetings with customers.

2. Engineering & Design

  • Oversee electrical and mechanical design of E‑Houses: layouts, cable routing, HVAC sizing, fire detection, structural design review, etc.
  • Validate SLDs, GA drawings, load lists, and engineering calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE standards and client specifications.
  • Work with engineering teams to finalize equipment integration (switchgear, transformers, UPS, PLC/SCADA, batteries, etc.).
  • Approve drawings and engineering deliverables before submission.

3. Production & Manufacturing

  • Plan, supervise, and monitor E‑House fabrication, assembly, and testing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and safety norms.
  • Conduct routine inspections: fit‑outs, cable installation, HVAC installation, and electrical integration.
  • Collaborate with QA/QC for FAT, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth workflow in the workshop.

4. Project Execution & Coordination

  • Interface with project management, procurement, logistics, and site teams.
  • Support customer inspections, FAT, and technical reviews.
  • Track project timelines and ensure on‑time delivery.
  • Handle change management, design revisions, and technical approvals.

5. Team Leadership & Process Improvement

  • Lead a team of engineers, draftsmen, and technicians.
  • Conduct technical training and support skill development.
  • Implement process improvements, cost reduction ideas, and productivity enhancements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and knowledge management.
