Role Overview
Prepare accurate, competitive, and profitable cost estimates for landscape and irrigation projects.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to determine material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for landscape and irrigation projects.
- Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Perform quantity take-offs for softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and infrastructure elements.
- Analyze scope, risks, constraints, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare BOQs and cost breakdowns.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams on pricing.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.
- Prepare and submit tender proposals within deadlines.
- Maintain records of estimates, bids, and project costs.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in estimation, preferably in landscaping projects.
- Strong knowledge of softscape, hardscape, and irrigation systems.
- Experience with quantity surveying and cost estimation techniques.
- Proficiency in estimation and drafting software such as AutoCAD and Excel.

Preferred Experience
- Estimation experience of 5 years is preferred.
- Landscaping or irrigation experience of 3 years is preferred.
- Drafting software experience of 3 years is preferred.
- Tender document experience of 2 years is preferred.
- BOQ experience of 2 years is preferred.
- English language proficiency is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 6,000–AED 8,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
