Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for interior fit out projects
- Evaluate tender documents, drawings, and specifications to assess scope and pricing requirements
- Manage the procurement process, including obtaining quotations, negotiating with subcontractors, and preparing cost comparisons
- Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle and highlight any variances against the budget
- Prepare and submit interim valuations, progress claims, and payment applications
- Assess and certify subcontractor payment applications and variations
- Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and project financial summaries for management and clients
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress and ensure alignment with financial reports
- Provide support in contract administration, risk management, and dispute resolution
- Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual obligations, and local regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the interior fit out industry
- Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and market rates for interior fit out works
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Candy)
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Detail oriented, with strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Purpose
- The Estimator Interior Fitout will be responsible for managing all cost related aspects of interior fit out projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining quality and compliance with project specifications.
