- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for interior fit out projects
- Evaluate tender documents, drawings, and specifications
- Manage procurement process including obtaining quotations and negotiating with subcontractors
- Monitor project costs and highlight variances against budget
- Prepare and submit interim valuations, progress claims, and payment applications
- Assess and certify subcontractor payment applications and variations
- Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and project financial summaries
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress
- Provide support in contract administration, risk management, and dispute resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in interior fit out
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Candy)

Job Purpose
- Manage all cost related aspects of interior fit out projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably interior fit out.
- Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and market rates.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Candy).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
