Job Title: Estimation Engineer – EHV Substation / 132Kv
Location: Abu dhabi
Duration: Permanent
Review tender RFP documents and prepare tender clarifications.
Responsible for preparing complete, accurate material for tenders/RFPs related to OHL, 132kV Substations, UG Cable & Solar projects etc.
Responsible for Preparing accurate estimates for labor, subcontractor, Temporary Facilities, COMPANY requirements, construction facilities, logistics and Heavy Equipment’s etc.
Foster relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Attend on-site pre-bid/proposal conferences and site visits.
Develop and review subcontractor scopes of work and accept, review and analyse subcontractor quotes for best value.
Analyze an interpret drawings, specifications and other documents and drawings as part of Tender RFP’s.
Generate preliminary drawings like layouts for tender purpose to justify the BOM used for tendering.
Floating RFQ’s and follow-ups with the Vendors to get the market quote during the bidding timeline.
Preparation of Scope PPT’s to the management and understand the Project Execution strategy with operation team.
Estimation experience of 132Kv and/or above substation works
