Liaise with design, procurement, and project teams to gather accurate pricing and technical information.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
Analyze project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and incorporate them into estimates.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in accordance with client requirements and deadlines.
Participate in bid clarification meetings and value engineering discussions.
Update and maintain a database of historical project costs, supplier rates, and estimation tools.
Support post-tender negotiations and handover of successful bids to project execution teams.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to data center infrastructure.
