Project Overview
- A Large multipurpose Venue for long term use as a versatile hub for sports, entertainment, and community events in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead teams in preparing cost plans, estimates, and measurement exercises, including schedules of quantities, across multiple projects and portfolios.
- Develop strategic reviews, prospect assessments, and fact finding activities to support project opportunities and estimating strategies.
- Manage and perform benchmarking exercises to validate estimates and ensure cost competitiveness and accuracy.
- Oversee quality assurance processes for estimates, ensuring outputs are robust, fit for purpose, and aligned with business requirements.
- Present estimates to key stakeholders, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of project scope, risks, assumptions, and costs.
- Provide expert estimating, risk modelling, and scenario analysis, delivering actionable recommendations to both technical and non technical audiences.
- Analyse supplier and contractor quotations, providing commercial insights, modelling solutions, and strategic options to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop estimating teams, represent the business in client and stakeholder engagements, and support net zero carbon objectives through proactive carbon management and reduction initiatives.
You’ll Need To Have
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience in estimating and pre contract cost management, including at least 6 years in senior management roles on large infrastructure or mixed use developments.
