Estimating Manager

Saber Power Services, a portfolio company of Greenbelt Capital Partners, is a fully integrated electrical power system services firm providing end-to-end solutions across utility, renewables and battery storage, industrial, petrochemical, and other markets. The Estimating Manager leads the estimating function and develops standards, procedures, tools, and methodologies to produce cost estimates for construction projects based on work scope, specifications, and proposal or contract requirements. The Estimating Manager establishes processes to perform analysis of project requirements, plans, and specifications to identify labor, material, equipment, and service requirements. The Estimating Manager incorporates benchmark data, trends, and historical pricing to generate detailed cost estimates that consist of itemized lists of expenses, labor hours, material quantities, and potential cost variations. Develops, in conjunction with other proposal process stakeholders, a workflow and system for scheduling and processing estimates and communicating with executive leadership.
