- Handle billing, invoicing, and insurance coordination
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists for smooth daily operations
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and feedback
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a dental, aesthetic, or medical clinic (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with clinic management software (preferred)
