Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage appointments and coordinate the daily schedule
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly
- Register patients and maintain accurate medical records
- Verify patient information and obtain required documents
- Process payments and issue invoices
- Coordinate with doctors and nurses to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist with insurance documentation when required
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment plans
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the clinic professionally
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or front desk coordinator in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology or experience with clinic management software is an advantage
