ESS Development Engineering Co-op

Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Software Engineering

Current academic year entering Junior or Senior year BS, or Master’s any year

Available to be onsite at our Rochester, NY location in Summer 2027 and/or Fall 2027

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges

This is an in-person role located at our Rochester, NY office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

Wage - $20.50 per hour & up. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
