About the Role
The ERP Process Engineer works with production, engineering, supply chain, quality, and IT teams to analyze workflows, improve processes, and support enterprise system implementation and enhancement.
Business Process Analysis
- Analyze manufacturing processes across production, planning, inventory management, engineering, and quality functions.
- Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements.
- Perform gap analysis between current-state and future-state processes.
Solution Design and Implementation
- Translate business requirements into ERP and PLM system solutions.
- Configure and support modules for production, BOMs, routing, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing operations.
- Support implementations, upgrades, integrations, and continuous enhancements.
- Ensure integration between ERP, PLM, MES, and supply chain systems.
