The Role
Lead the strategy, administration, optimization, support, integration, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization's ERP environment.
Oversee ERP modules, business-process alignment, configuration, enhancements, implementations, upgrades, integrations, data migration, reporting, security, access, testing, vendors, and transformation initiatives.
Work with finance, procurement, supply chain, HR, operations, sales, IT, cybersecurity, data, audit, risk, compliance, vendors, and senior leadership.
ERP Strategy and Management
- Develop and execute the ERP strategy and roadmap.
- Establish ERP governance, standards, and operating procedures.
- Lead the ERP function and associated support teams.
- Maintain a multi-year roadmap and prioritize initiatives by value, risk, cost, and urgency.
- Manage platform availability, performance, capacity, system health, integration reliability, and user experience.
- Lead configuration, customization, implementations, upgrades, transformation, application support, and continuous improvement.
