- Administer, maintain, and support the Odoo ERP system
- Configure and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements
- Develop reports, workflows, dashboards, and automation within Odoo
- Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo related issues
- Liaise with ERP vendor and implementation partners
- Train users and provide ongoing support for Odoo modules
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings
- Develop and maintain custom applications, integrations, and automation tools
- Create APIs and integrations between Odoo and third party systems

- Manage computers, printers, biometric devices, IP phones, and networking equipment

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in IT, systems administration, or ERP support
- Proven experience with Odoo ERP administration, customization, and user support
- Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, APIs, and ERP systems
- Experience with networking, servers, cybersecurity, cloud services, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Summary
- The ERP & IT Systems Specialist is responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, maintaining hardware and software, and administering the Odoo ERP system.
- The role combines IT operations, system development, ERP administration, and business process automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support the Odoo ERP system.
