Requirements
- Qualifications, Experiences, Skills, Working conditions
- Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong understanding of financial master data and internal controls
- Experience supporting audits and compliance frameworks
- Exposure to ERP implementations, data migration, or post-go-live stabilization preferred
- Minimum Experience (no. of years)
- 3-5 years’ experience in ERP environments (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO)
- Job Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Deep understanding of ERP master data structures
- High integrity and ownership mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally and enforce standards
- Strong documentation and communication skills
