Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix issues encountered during software/application implementation and provide timely user support
- Administer the company's ERP system including users, roles, permissions
- Configure workflows, forms, approvals, and reports
- Monitor ERP performance and resolve system errors
- Provide training to staff on ERP usage and best practices
- Manage all company applications such as Zoho One, Tally, CRM, HR systems, mobile apps, POS
- Perform periodic updates, backups, and basic system maintenance
- Handle integrations between ERP, CRM, and other company apps
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems
- Manage software licenses, subscriptions, and renewals
Requirements
- Experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and fixing software/application issues
- Experience administering ERP systems (users, roles, permissions)
- Knowledge of Zoho One, Tally, CRM, HR systems, and other business applications
- Ability to perform code reviews and participate in technical discussions
- Experience with integrations between ERP, CRM, and other apps

- Maintain up to date documentation of technical changes, fixes, and system configurations.
- Administer the company’s ERP system such as users, roles, permissions.
- Configure workflows, forms, approvals, and reports.
- Monitor ERP performance and resolve system errors.
- Provide Training to the staff on ERP usage and best practices.
- Coordinate with ERP providers for technical support or customization.
- Manage company apps maintenance app, CRM, HR app, POS, or any internal software.
- Manage all company applications such as all modules of Zoho One, Tally, CRM, HR systems, mobile apps, POS, or any internal/external software.
- Perform periodic updates, backups, and basic system maintenance.
- Test new features or modules before deployment to the operations team.
