We're seeking a dedicated Equipment Operator to join our composting operations team in Arthur, ON.
In this hands-on role, you’ll operate a range of heavy equipment that directly supports sustainable waste processing and organic material recycling.
From bulldozers to portable grinders, your work will play a vital part in creating eco-friendly outcomes every day.
We are looking for full time candidates on the day shift (Mon-Thurs, 5am - 3:30pm) and afternoon shift (Mon-Thurs, 3:30pm - 2am), reporting to the Compost Shift Supervisor.
The starting rate is $26.00/hr moving to $28.26/hr after 1 year of service.
