Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales department through effective account and relationship management within an assigned customer base.

You will also provide administrative support to help ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the department while strengthening and maintaining positive relationships between Walker Environmental and our customers.

range for this position is between $55,000-$60,000/year based on qualifications and experience.

Manage customer relations by communicating with customers and advising them of our processes, ensuring all general inquiries are handled appropriately and in a timely manner, resolving complaints, and coordinating with team members to fulfill requests.

Fulfillment of Vendor Profile documents for customers upon request; coordinate with other departments as needed.

Provide WSIB and Certificate of Insurance upon request.

Generate required reports for customers including monthly, quarterly and requested documents ie.

YTD diversion/service reports; review and identify irregularities, investigate to achieve resolutions for customers.

Review Account Manager case files for changes in service information, special instructions, PO expiry or any other information/change that is required.

Assist with the PO Expiry report, work with Account Managers in acquisition of new PO’s and review of those accounts with a lower gross margin.

Support the Sales Team in setting up new accounts, formatting reports and documents and aiding on ad hoc projects.

Generate required reports for selected national customers including monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Minimum high school graduation, or equivalent level of education, plus an additional two-year college diploma.

1+ years’ experience in sales coordination, sales administration, customer service, account management, or a related role.

A valid G Registration Ontario Driver’s License.

Able to travel when needed within working hours to various work sites to perform inspections and liaise with employees.

Demonstrated levels of customer service, interpersonal and communication skills to promote and foster relationships with existing and potential customers, colleagues and industry associates.
