Role Description

This part-time, hybrid role as Equipment Manager is based in Dubai, with the flexibility of remote work on specific occasions.

The Equipment Manager will oversee and manage the procurement, maintenance, and inventory of equipment.

Responsibilities include ensuring all equipment is operational, coordinating repairs and maintenance schedules, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing equipment usage to meet organizational needs.

The role also involves maintaining compliance with company standards and financial guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills, including equipment procurement and tracking
  • Experience in equipment maintenance, repair coordination, and vendor relationship management
  • Knowledge of budgeting and cost optimization related to equipment operations
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for inventory and asset management
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team in a hybrid work environment
  • Prior experience in a similar equipment management role is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the principles of Islamic finance and Sharia-compliant practices is a plus
