Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Engineering Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with opportunities for remote work.
The Engineering Manager will oversee and lead engineering teams, manage software development projects, and ensure the successful integration of technologies.
Responsibilities include mentoring team members, planning and executing projects, and ensuring that all engineering efforts align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership to guide and mentor engineering teams effectively
- Strong background in Software Development and Integration, with technical expertise to oversee product and system development
- Proficient in Project Management to ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting quality standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Knowledge of Islamic finance or experience in the financial industry is a plus
