- Supervise drivers and transport personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Maintain fleet records, prepare performance reports, and support continuous operational improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of fleet management experience, including 5 years on ADNOC/Oil & Gas projects

- Experience managing light vehicles, heavy vehicles, buses, and construction equipment

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and utilization of company vehicles, heavy equipment, and transport assets for Oil & Gas projects.
- The successful candidate will ensure fleet operations are safe, cost effective, fully compliant with ADNOC and UAE regulations, and capable of supporting project requirements.
- Salary range up to 12000 AED.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of fleet management experience, including 5 years on ADNOC/Oil & Gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations, preventive maintenance, transport logistics, and UAE regulations.
