Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and 1 years of experience in Customer Service
Additional Requirements
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Advanced attention to detail
- Ability to work and interact with all departments throughout the organization Thrive in a fast-paced environment while continually maintaining a positive attitude and promoting teamwork across departments
Preferred Experience
Retail and/or Hospitality experience
Documentation experience including but not limited to legal documentation
Servicing experience
Titling/Dealership experience
Banking and/or Finance industry experience
