Business Analyst III Qualifications

  • Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' experience OR H igh School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 8 years' experience in Analytics, or Reporting

Business Analyst II Qualifications

  • Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 3 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 7 years' experience in or Analytics, or Reporting
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience in data analytics,system support, banking, and compensation analytics
  • Knowledge of risk management polices and procedures for a LFI
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience working with Varicent, SQL, Alteryx, advanced Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Cognos, Power BI, Jira
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written; can communicate to all levels
  • Attention to detail, quick learner, flexible, collaborator, comfortable with ambiguity, strong presentation skills
