Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operation of cranes, lifting equipment, and heavy machinery
- Coordinate equipment allocation and mobilization to project sites
- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, lifting standards, and company HSE policies
- Conduct regular site inspections and equipment safety audits
- Supervise crane operators, equipment operators, and support personnel
Requirements
- Crane Operator License
- 6 years of Crane Operator experience

Operations Management
- Supervise the daily operation of cranes, lifting equipment, and heavy machinery
- Coordinate equipment allocation and mobilization to project sites based on operational requirements
- Monitor equipment utilization and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Ensure operators are assigned appropriately and possess valid certifications and licenses
Maintenance & Asset Control
- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment
- Coordinate repairs, inspections, and servicing with internal maintenance teams or external vendors
- Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance history, breakdowns, and repairs
- Monitor equipment condition and recommend replacement or refurbishment when necessary
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, lifting standards, and company HSE policies
- Conduct regular site inspections and equipment safety audits
- Verify that all lifting operations are carried out safely and in accordance with approved lift plans
- Investigate equipment related incidents and implement corrective actions
Team Supervision
- Supervise crane operators, equipment operators, and support personnel
- Provide training, guidance, and performance monitoring to operational staff
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings regularly
Pay
- AED 4,000 AED 6,000 per month
License/Certification
- Crane Operator License (Required)
- 6 years of Crane Operator experience (Required)
