Range: $45,000 – $150,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays

We'll teach you how to open a conversation with a homeowner.

How to ask the right questions and actually listen to the answers.

How to handle an objection and how to take a no.

Training camp every week, ride-alongs before you're ever on your own, and a manager whose job is getting you to your first close.

You get a base salary the whole time you're learning, so you're not gambling on your first month.

Here's the only part we can't teach.

Show up.

Give it everything you've got.

Keep going after somebody says no.

Do that, and we'll handle the rest.

The job itself

Represent Presidential Exteriors in the community as a trusted brand ambassador.

Every week you'll be in training camp sharpening communication, negotiation, and product knowledge.

You'll carry personal and team goals, and you'll know exactly where you stand against them.
