Outside Sales Representative
Office Location: Fairfax, VA
Salary
- $150,000 ‒ $250,000 per year (Base + Uncapped Commission)

What You'll Do
Deliver interactive sales presentations on eco-friendly, premium home improvement products
Build and maintain strong customer relationships in your local market
Participate in ongoing sales, leadership, and mindset training
Collaborate and contribute to a high-performance team environment

Requirements
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- A goal-oriented, team-first mindset
- Confidence, positivity, and high energy
- Sales experience preferred
- BA/BS degree is preferred or equivalent experience
