Entry-Level Engineer/ Associate Construction Project Manager

· Primarily office-based with periodic visits to construction project sites.

· May require occasional travel to project locations.

· Must be able to communicate effectively with project managers, field personnel, subcontractors, and other members of the construction team.

This position is primarily performed in a seated environment and requires frequent use of hands to handle materials, documents, and computer equipment.

The position also requires regular standing and walking, as well as frequent verbal and written communication.

Occasional physical activities may include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching.

The ability to perform these activities safely and effectively is required as needed to perform the essential functions of the position.

The position requires the ability to see clearly at close range and at a distance, read printed and electronic documents, view information on a computer monitor, distinguish between colors, and maintain adequate depth perception, peripheral vision, and focus.
