Program Overview

Curriculum and Program Design

• Research and improve the curriculum using current industry trends and market requirements.
• Design learning modules covering entrepreneurship, business strategy, career development, and professional skills.
• Include startup ideation, validation, business models, fundraising, scaling, market entry, corporate careers, interviews, and professional development.
• Use assignments, case studies, simulations, projects, presentations, and industry-based activities.

Entrepreneurship Mentorship

• Guide students from idea generation through validation, business planning, market entry, and growth strategy.
• Support market research, competitor analysis, customer validation, business models, pitches, investor presentations, funding, and investment readiness.
• Monitor startup progress and help students refine ideas based on market feedback.

Market and Industry Exposure

• Research international markets, business trends, industries, consumer behavior, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Facilitate interactions with entrepreneurs, business leaders, companies, recruiters, investors, and industry professionals.
• Support networking opportunities, workshops, guest sessions, career fairs, startup showcases, pitch competitions, and industry events.

Career Readiness

• Deliver training in CV and LinkedIn development, interviews, business communication, presentations, public speaking, professional etiquette, problem-solving, leadership, negotiation, and workplace communication.
• Conduct mock interviews, assessment-center activities, presentations, role plays, case interviews, business assessments, and corporate simulations.
• Help students identify career paths and understand employer expectations and recruitment processes.

Student Mentoring and Outcomes

• Conduct individual and group mentoring sessions, understand student goals, monitor progress, and provide actionable feedback.
• Maintain records of student progress, projects, assessments, and achievements.
• Track milestones and outcomes such as validated ideas, launch strategies, investor pitches, interview readiness, professional networks, and career roadmaps.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 years of entrepreneurship experience is required.
• At least 1 year of student-related experience is required.
• At least 2 years of ECL experience is preferred.

Compensation and Employment

• Pay is AED 2,000–AED 4,000 per month.
• Employment type is full-time.
